Completed in 2024, the Mills Road Residence is a refined expression of modern holiday living in Wānaka, designed to balance comfort, functionality, and contemporary style. The home accommodates larger groups, with thoughtfully designed bunk rooms where each sleeper has their own individually lit recessed shelving, creating a warm and personal space for reading and relaxation.

Across the home, lighting has been carefully layered to suit each area - from soft wall lighting in bedrooms and reading zones, to backlit mirrors and pendant features in powder rooms. Bathrooms feature recessed LED strip lighting for low-level illumination, paired with subtle spotlights that gently wash down tiled surfaces to create a calm, ambient feel.

A curated selection of feature lighting from suppliers including Lighting Direct, Lightness, Mr. Ralph, and Halcyon has been integrated throughout the home, including a standout Mr. Ralph Luca Linear Pendant over the kitchen island and stairwell.
